An order is considered confirmed after successful payment and acceptance by Emense. We may contact you to verify sizing, fit, delivery timeline, product details or any information required to begin crafting.

Emense reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if information is incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, impossible to fulfil, or outside our service scope.

Most Emense pieces are made once ordered. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the piece may require a crafting period before dispatch and may not be immediately ready to ship.

The stated timeline is an estimate based on normal working conditions and begins only after required order details are complete.

We make every effort to represent products accurately. However, colour, texture, shine, embroidery tone and fabric appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, photography, dye lots or hand-finished detailing.

Minor variations that do not affect the overall design or wearability of the piece are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for sharing accurate contact details, measurements, fit preferences, shipping information and timeline requirements. Incorrect or incomplete information can affect fit, delivery, rework feasibility or dispatch timelines.

Any delay caused by late responses, incomplete measurements, changed requirements or unavailable customer communication is not considered a brand delay.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Emense may update prices, offers, product availability or collection details without prior notice.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Content, images, design, text, layouts, product names and creative material on the Emense website belong to Emense or its authorised partners. They may not be copied, reused, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Emense may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed on this page at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

Emense is made-to-order. Most pieces are prepared within 10–20 working days after successful payment and confirmation of all required customer details.

Once the piece is ready and dispatched, delivery usually takes an additional 2–4 working days depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

The crafting timeline begins only after payment and all required information has been received and confirmed. This may include size, measurements, height, fit preference, delivery address, occasion date or any other details required for the selected piece.

If measurements, fit confirmations, address corrections, approvals or other requested information are delayed from the customer’s side, the estimated readiness and delivery timeline may shift accordingly.

Such timeline changes are not treated as delays caused by Emense.

If you require a piece by a specific event or occasion date, please contact the Emense team before ordering. An order should not be treated as confirmed for a specific date unless the team has approved the timeline in writing.

Courier delays, weather disruptions, operational interruptions, unserviceable pin codes, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses and customer unavailability are outside Emense’s direct control.

Our team will assist with available tracking or courier follow-up where possible.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number and pin code. Address errors or missed delivery attempts may result in additional delays or re-delivery requirements.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details or dispatch confirmation may be shared through the contact information provided with the order.

For any concern regarding delivery progress, the Emense team can assist through WhatsApp or email.

Emense does not offer standard refunds on made-to-order pieces. Each piece is prepared after order confirmation, based on selected style, size and customer-provided information.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, occasion cancellation, incorrect size selection, delayed customer responses, incomplete customer details, styling preference changes or requests made after the crafting process has begun.

Where possible, Emense may support alterations or reworks to improve fit or resolve a valid concern. This may include minor fit adjustments, length adjustments, finishing corrections or other technically feasible refinements.

Rework feasibility depends on the outfit design, fabric allowance, construction, detailing, embroidery, seams and the nature of the request.

Minor fit refinements, length adjustments, basic finishing concerns, small workmanship corrections and fit guidance may be considered after review by the team.

Support is decided case by case after photos, videos and fit details are reviewed.

Major design changes, colour changes, fabric changes, changing a silhouette into another product, large size changes, requests after wear or wash, damage caused by customer handling, or alterations done by a third party may not be supported.

Contact the Emense team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details, clear images, videos and a description of the concern.

Please do not use, wash, perfume, alter, stain or damage the outfit before the team reviews your request. Used or altered pieces may not be eligible for support.

If you believe you received an incorrect item or there is a workmanship concern, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos. Once verified, Emense will guide you on the most suitable resolution, which may include correction, rework or replacement support where applicable.

Shipping responsibility for alterations or reworks will depend on the nature of the request and the outcome of the team’s review. The Emense team will confirm the process before the item is shipped back.

If a customer delays measurements, fit confirmations, required responses, address corrections or approval of details, the order timeline may shift. Such timeline changes are not considered delays caused by Emense.
